By booking a treatment you are automatically accepting Rainforest's terms & conditions - outlined below. Please read these carefully before your visit. We are looking forward to taking care of you.

 
 
 
 

Early booking recommended 

It is recommended that you book your appointment at least 4 weeks in advance, particularly at weekends. We will make every effort to accommodate your visit including recommending alternative treatments available.

Wellness Space

If you wish to stay longer than you treatments, we offer you the option of adding an extra hour of relaxation & robe rental for 15PP. This can be added to individual treatments or treatment bundles.

The Wellness Space includes saunas & hot tub on our cliffside balcony.

Arrive early

To maximize your experience, we ask you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will be used for your health consultation. We require that all new clients fill out a Consultation Card before your treatment. As all treatments must finish on time, failure to arrive early may result in your appointment time being reduced.

What to bring

We provide a robe & towel for clients to enjoy use of the Wellness Space. If using the facilities, please bring swimwear.  

On departure, please return the robes; towels; slippers & key to Front Desk - failure to do so will mean your card will automatically be charged €50. In the event that you lose your locker key, a Lost Key Charge of €20 will be automatically applied. 

Rainforest accepts no responsibility for items lost; damaged or stolen within or outside the salon. Your personal items are your own responsibility.

Shhh....

Rainforest is designed to be a calm and relaxing environment and it is for this reason we ask that you respect other guests by whispering throughout the space. We also ask that your phone be placed on silent or turned off.

Health Conditions

If you have allergies; are pregnant; have high blood pressure; a heart condition or have any health/skin conditions, however minor, you are obliged to advise your therapist(s) verbally on each visit before each treatment. Please also advise us of any health conditions when making your booking. If there are any changes to your health, you are obliged to inform your therapist at each visit.

No Smoking / alcohol Zone

As we are a Cancer Aware Spa, Rainforest is a no smoking zone. However if you wish to smoke, please ask Front Desk and we will direct you to a separate outdoor area.

Please note we have a no alcohol policy in the Spa. We do reserve the right to refuse entry or perform treatments on guests who are under the influence of alcohol.

    On a Stay Break?

Treatments included in Stay Breaks must be pre-booked directly with Rainforest by phone or email. Likewise, if you need to cancel your Stay Break you must also cancel your treatments directly with Rainforest using the contact details provided above otherwise your card provided to the Hotel will be automatically charged for your treatments.

Cancellations/Late Arrivals/Payment

We require a minimum of 72 hours cancellation notice.

We require a 30% booking fee to secure all bookings. Any treatments cancelled within 48 hours automatically forfeits the booking fee. Don't worry, you can re-schedule your appointment without any charge. Cancellation within 24hrs will incur the full 100% charge.

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment and in some cases we may be forced to reschedule your appointment. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.

We accept cash, laser and all major credit cards. All prices are quoted in euro and are subject to change without prior notice.

Treatment Courses

We offer courses of treatments to provide you with the best value for money for those who wish to avail of regular treatments. All courses are valid for 12 months. Courses are strictly non-transferable & non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers

Treat yourself or a someone special to a Rainforest Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of purchase; are non-refundable and non-transferable. Voucher code must be quoted at time of booking and presented on the day of treatment. Rainforest vouchers are valid for use against services or products at Rainforest only.

Admissions Policy & Client Conduct 

Rainforest reserves the right to refuse admission. As a protective policy for our staff,clients are required to treat staff with dignity & respect at all times. Inappropriate behaviour of any kind (verbal/physical) is not permitted. Inebriation is not permitted. It is the right of a Rainforest employee to remove themselves from any situation that they deem uncomfortable which may result in a treatment being cut short/cancelled at a cost to the client.
