YIN + YOGA NIDRA
In our fast-paced lifestyles we could all do with a little guiding hand in learning how to deeply relax and let go of our stress. We are holding a Workshop exploring the meditative elements of Yoga that will benefit you physically, emotionally and mentally. This class is for anyone and is suitable for people who have no Yoga experience - but who simply want to learn relaxation techniques.
This two hour Workshop will be held at the scenic Studio at Rainforest Spa Enniskerry on Sunday 29th September 11-1pm. Come alone or bring family/friends for a unique Sunday experience.
WHAT IS YIN YOGA?
Yin Yoga complements our more active 'yang' styles of yoga, exercise and lifestyle by encouraging us to slow down and listen to the body and breath to get more familiar with quiet and stillness. Floor based poses are softly held for 2-5 minutes, giving us time to really soak up the benefits of Yin yoga.
This subtle but gently challenging practice builds flexibility and strength in the joints, fascia and dense connective tissues of the body while cultivating patience; tolerance and self-awareness.
WHAT IS YOGA NIDRA?
We will close this workshop with a generous Yoga Nidra practice. Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing and healing guided meditation that enhances the mind-body connection allowing both body and mind to profoundly relax and let go.

DO I NEED ANY YOGA EXPERIENCE?
No. This workshop is for beginners and up for all ages 16+. It is for anyone who wants to learn how to deeply relax. You can come to this workshop as a standalone - you do not need to sign up to any classes afterwards.
DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?
Just a water bottle and a smile! All Lululemon equipment is provided at our scenic wellness space.
